GENERAL-
Items can be combined with other items for shipping discounts. Please let me know if you are securing more than one item so I may make the adjustment on your invoice statement.

Sorry, all sales are final. I do not accept returns on items posted here, unless my description was inaccurate or the item was damaged, broken or lost during shipment.
I post items on a very narrow margin, I find good bargains, and many times……....new items in close out lots here in Vegas.
I research brands and pricing so that I may post them at a reasonable price. This brings you greater value for your auction dollars. Mailing items back and forth erodes my ability to do this. So, please email me with any questions you may have or extra pics of the item before placing your purchase order. If you’ve made a mistake I would rather cancel your order, than ship you an item you really do not want.
All purchases are covered by Ecrater’s Buyer Protection Policies, which I have agreed to abide by.

TERMS:
We accept payment by PAY PAL only. Payment is expected at the time the order is placed.
If you are using E-check through Pay Pal, the check must clear and the item will be shipped following Pay Pal’s release of funds. If the item remains as “Unpaid”, item will be re-listed after the 10th day following the purchaser’s E-check submission.

DOMESTIC
Shipping costs are quoted as close to actual charges as possible. When necessary, the listing's shipping calculator is used for some items. You can access multiple shipping options by clicking on the "shipping and payments" tab and entering your zip code. Please review these PRIOR to bidding.
Items can typically be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving a cleared payment. You will receive an email with tracking information on most items. Copies will be sent to your E-crater email account.
Most orders are shipped via USPS mail/ USPS Priority mail with tracking (delivery confirmation) included. Every effort is made to use a proper sized container/box for your item.
INTERNATIONAL- Canada only
We are not offering other International shipping options at this time. Canadian orders will be shipped USPS Priority and rates are generally double that of the domestic rate. Please be advised to consider this prior purchasing any item posted.
Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your local customs office to determine what your customs charges will be, prior to bidding. We will not falsify customs forms to show a lower sale price, nor will we mark items as gifts. These behaviors are prohibited by the US government and postal service.
Additional shipping will result for all items that you do not pick up upon delivery to your country or that are sent back to us. Your are responsible for picking items up from customs or your local post office
COMBINED SHIPPING
Combined shipping quote applies only to domestic shipments.
Combined shipping equals the shipping cost you see listed for the heaviest item plus $2.00-3.00 per additional item (in most cases) depending on weight.
In order to take advantage of combined shipping, items must be purchased and paid for at the same time. Please notify me in advance if you are purchasing multiple items so I may better co-ordinate the shipping
